Boxted & Hartest Institute
All Parish Council meetings are held in the Boxted and Hartest Institute which is situated on the village green on the 1st Wednesday of every month (except August) - 7.00pm.
Members of the public are always welcome to attend and also to speak during the `open part` of the meeting.
The dates of the meetings for 2012 are;
11 January / 1 February / 7 March / 4 April and Wednesday 25 April (for the Annual Parish Meeting)2 May / 30 May (instead of June) / 4 July / 5 September / 3 October / 7 November / 5 December

Thatched Properties in Hartest
SCC Fire and Rescue Section has contacted the Parish Council seeking addresses of thatched properties within the Parish.
We are advised that this information is required purely for the Fire Services’ records so that, should a fire be reported at one of these addresses, the correct type and number of appliances are deployed.
